ENRICHED UNBLEACHED WHEAT FLOUR (NIACIN, REDUCED IRON, THIAMIN MONONITRATE, RIBOFLAVIN, FOLIC ACID, ENZYMES), CANE SUGAR, WHOLE EGG, YOLK, EGG WHITES (GLUCOSE REMOVED FOR STABILITY), PURE VANILLA POWDER (VANILLA BEAN EXTRACTIVES, SUGAR, CORN STARCH, TRICALCIUM PHOSPHATE, AND GLYCERINE), VANILLA FLAVOR (NATURAL FLAVOR, DEXTROSE, SILICON DIOXIDE [ANTICAKING]), FOOD STARCH MODIFIED, SALT, BAKING SODA (SODIUM BICARBONATE) . Combine 3/4 cup butter, 1 egg, and 2 tbsp water in electric mixer. Add 3 1/3 cups mix [1 pantry can] and blend until dough forms [about 1 minute].
Drop dough onto greased cookie sheet in 1-inch balls [makes 24 cookies]. Press each ball to flatten by half and sprinkle tops with sugar if desired. Bake at 325°F for 9-10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned
